Customer Support
Customer Support represents KYRVEX to its community and clients. The role is to provide fast, clear, professional and respectful support, mainly through the KYRVEX Discord server.
Responsibilities
- Answer general questions from members and clients.
- Handle customer support tickets.
- Direct users to the right service or team member.
- Help clients use their space and KYRVEX services.
- Provide information about offers, projects and procedures.
- Follow up on requests when an immediate answer isn't possible.
- Escalate important issues to Technical Support or management.
- Help keep the Discord community organized and welcoming.
- Flag recurring requests to improve documentation and client experience.
What we're looking for
Serious, mature, patient person with good written communication, correct spelling and a regular presence on Discord. No advanced technical skills required.
