Technical Support
Technical Support handles requests that require a deeper technical understanding of KYRVEX's services and products. It's the relay between clients, Customer Support and the technical teams. Activity happens mainly on Discord through support tickets and dedicated spaces.
Responsibilities
- Handle technical tickets.
- Diagnose issues reported by clients.
- Provide appropriate solutions or procedures.
- Assist users with KYRVEX services.
- Reproduce and document reported bugs.
- Gather the information needed before escalating to a developer or technician.
- Escalate important incidents to the relevant team.
- Document known issues and their solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to avoid unnecessary transfers.
- Progressively help improve technical procedures and documentation.
What we're looking for
Serious person, active on Discord, with solid computer fundamentals and able to methodically track down the source of a problem. Knowledge of web development, networking, systems, hosting or cybersecurity is a plus.
